NuLife is a virtual care management platform where as a care professional you can control your business & deliver consistent, and meaningful client encounters to those typically in recovery.

The goal of NuLife is to improve access to treatment, patient success, and increase treatment center business.

People have the freedom to post anything to the feed. This feature could be misused and cause harm to vulnerable patients and members.

Solving with a simple solution

From speaking with Treatment Center staff using NuLife, we were able simplify the penalty options. We found that staff didn’t want to choose how long to suspend a member for and rather wanted a set duration. Amongst 10 staff from different centers we found 80% were in favor of 1 week suspension.

Prototyping app user perspective

In this flow the user sees a post that they feel should be reported. From user feedback we learned that patients preferred to not see the post once reported.

Once report has been submitted, The Admin/Care Professional can review on
the Moderation Dashboard.
